1) What is/was your favorite workout to prep for this year?
TOSRV second day of the ride with friends, so much fun to ride in a peloton and test out my legs and try to keep up with everyone.
2) What is your favorite training food?
Probably mac and cheese, but I also like the quinoa bowls from Freshi.
3) What were your key training events for 2018?
Ironman Boulder and Ironman Chattanooga.
4) What was your hardest training day?
The second 100 mile day at Pelotonia.
5) What is your best-kept training secret?
Always remembering why I am doing the workouts I do and trying to have a positive attitude towards it.
