1)   What is/was your favorite workout to prep for this year?

-Learning proper Kettlebell work.

2)   What is your favorite training food?
-Being Vegetarian my meals are probably different than most, but my favorite is quinoa with avocado and eggs.
3)   What were your key training events for 2018?
-Philadelphia Marathon
4)   What was your hardest training day?

-Every Wednesday! I would do a running workout of speed/intervals and then come straight to the Energy Lab with tired legs.

5)   What is your best-kept training secret?

-It’s no secret- consistency!! The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do.
