This coaching is not to be confused with a special diet, or short-term plan that will take 5-10lbs of fat off your body. Learning how to time your meals and eat for your body type, lifestyle, and activity levels, takes time. During this process, you will learn how to set yourself up for success by establishing positive habits and choosing “superfoods” regularly. Each client is unique in the way they respond to different types of foods and macronutrients. When your body is fueled properly, it will perform and look it’s best!

Our Nutrition Coaching
Coaching includes these initial and monthly readings
- Body composition reading = % total body fat
- Basal metabolic rate = amount of energy you expend (burn) at rest to maintain vital organ function
- Bone mass = how much your bones weigh
- Total muscle mass = how many pounds of muscle you have (strong indicator of your ability to manage weight)
- Total body water % = % of your total weight is water
- Metabolic age = compares your BMR to the average age associated with that level of metabolism
- Quarterly photos to visually track progress in combination with data retrieved from the scale

Once a nutrition client has finished all the initial assessments and paperwork, the process of attacking the most threatening limiting factors begins. By no means am I trying to create an unsustainable lifestyle or eating change. Many coaching clients can make one to three changes and have dramatic improvements in overall energy and fat loss. One of my first clients lost 10 lbs. just by simply getting 2 more hours of sleep a night and increasing his daily water intake by 40 ounces.
Packages and Options:
- Six half-hour sessions. One session per month for 6 months. $300
- Twelve half-hour sessions. Two sessions per month for 6 months. $600
- Individual session. Half-hour nutrition, half-hour personal training. $100
