Rick works hard with his clients and athletes to challenge them not only physically, but mentally as well, so they can begin to understand the incredible potential of the human body and spirit. Rick understands the importance of appropriately pushing the body to its next level. Now in his seventeenth year of strength and conditioning training, he is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, an Underground Strength Coach, and specializes in Russian Kettlebell (SFG) training.
